FOR WARRANTY WITH JIMS® IS FAST AND EASY!
Simply enter your customer information, along with product serial number & submit.
You can find your serial number in four locations:
- Printed on your JIMS® invoice.
- Label on the back of your Technical Manual
- Permanently stamped on the bottom of your Subframe SpiderTM
- Label on the outside shipping box of your Subframe SpiderTM
Your Subframe SpiderTM comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Note: Does not include normal wear and tear, or abuse. (For example: Scratched paint, worn saddle pad, etc…)
